Stay On-Topic Keep discussions relevant to tennis, training tips, academy events, and general sportsmanship. Off-topic posts should be kept to a minimum. 4. Be Supportive and Encouraging The group is a space to uplift fellow members. Celebrate each other’s progress, offer encouragement, and share helpful advice. 5. No Discrimination or Harassment Discrimination or harassment of any kind based on race, gender, ability, or personal background will not be tolerated. 6. Protect Privacy Do not share personal or sensitive information about yourself or others without consent. Respect everyone's privacy both online and offline. 7. Constructive Feedback Only When offering advice or feedback, ensure it's positive, constructive, and helpful. Criticism should always be intended to help others improve. 8. No Offensive Content Explicit, inappropriate, or offensive language, images, and videos will result in removal from the group. Be mindful of content that could be seen as offensive to others. 9. Follow Group-Specific Guidelines If the academy has any specific guidelines or themes (e.g., posting only certain types of content on specific days ensure you follow them to keep the group organized. 10.
