Returns and Exchanges
Time Frame: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns on racquets that have been strung, altered, or used.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
Exchanges: If you are looking to exchange for a different racquet or item, the return must meet the above conditions, and you will be responsible for any price differences.
Defective or Damaged Products
