We want you to be completely satisfied with your tennis shock absorber purchase. Our policy allows for returns within 14 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

Condition of the Shock Absorber: The shock absorber must be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition. If the product has been applied to the racquet or shows signs of use, it is not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
