Tennis Racquet Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all tennis racquets. If you are not fully happy with your racquet, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• Condition of the Racquet: The racquet must be in unused condition with no visible signs of wear or damage. Please ensure that the frame and strings are in their original, unaltered state.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit us or contact us to receive instructions. We will gladly assist you in finding a replacement or issuing a refund.

• Special Orders: Racquets purchased through special orders may be subject to additional return restrictions. Please inquire at the time of purchase for more details.

• Exchanges: If you'd prefer to exchange your racquet for a different model, we are happy to help. Exchanges must be completed within 30 days and the racquet must meet the same condition requirements.

Note: Customized racquets (e.g., grip size adjustments, stringing) are not eligible for return unless defective.
