Returns and Exchanges
Time Frame: Baseball caps may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: The cap must be unused and in original, unworn condition with tags still attached. We cannot accept returns on caps that have been worn, altered, or washed.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Products
Damaged or Defective Caps: If your baseball cap is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping for defective items.
